Description
Caribbean Sprinter Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Check-In Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for warmly greeting passengers, assisting with check-in procedures, issuing boarding passes, processing luggage, supporting customers with rewards program sign-ups and the Sail Sprinter App, and helping to ensure a smooth and professional boarding experience for all passengers.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist customers upon arrival
- Check in passengers efficiently and accurately
- Issue boarding passes and process luggage
- Coordinate and assist with vessel boarding
- Assist customers with signing up for the company’s rewards program
- Guide customers in downloading, accessing, and using the Sail Sprinter App
- Provide clear, helpful information and resolve customer inquiries
- Ensure all procedures follow company policies and safety standards
Requirements
Education & Experience- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in customer service or a related field
Skills and Competencies- Strong customer service and public relations skills
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Computer literate and comfortable assisting customers with mobile applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Additional Requirements- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be dependable, punctual, and responsible
- Must be willing to work scheduled shifts based on operational needs
Salary Range
- Training Salary $6 / hour
- Post Training Salary $7.25 / hour

Hours
- This is a full-time position, requiring 45+ hours per week
- Check-In Agents' operating hours are 7:00 AM to 5:40 PM, Seven (7) Days a Week
- Work schedules will be assigned based on the Check In Desk operating hours and business needs
